  2. Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

  1. Shipping Carriers: We primarily use Royal Mail for domestic shipments. However, we reserve the right to use other carriers as necessary to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  2. Estimated Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, while expedited options are available for quicker delivery. Shipping Restrictions

  1. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to UK post codes. 

  2. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. boxes via standard shipping methods only.

Order Tracking

  1. Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this information to track the status and location of your package.

Shipping Delays and Issues

  1. Weather and Natural Disasters: We cannot control weather conditions or natural disasters, which may affect shipping times. We appreciate your understanding during such circumstances.

  3. Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
